Tourism attractions for adults and children in Germany

It is not always easy for us to choose where to spend your vacation, especially when small adventurers travel with us. In this article I will show you 3 interesting places in Germany where you can go with your children.

1. MärchenwaldIn the Isaurian Valley there is an extraordinary fairy tale trail, which is located in the middle of the forest. Visitors will meet on their way more than 200 figures from well-known fairy tales. Who wouldn’t want to see “live” Hansel and Gretel, Snow White, Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty or Cat in Shoes? In addition, you can listen to the text of fairy tales in German or English at the touch of a special button. In addition, the park has many playgrounds adapted to different age groups. Children can use carousels, swings, queues, slides and cable parks, as well as play in mazes and tree houses. If the child should have set off the pacifier some time ago, but can not do without it, it is worth taking it to the Dragon Tree.

2. Panometer Leipzig
In 2003, Austrian photographer and artist Yadegar Asisi realized his first extraordinary photography exhibition in an old non-insulated gas tank. We are talking about the world’s largest 360 ° panoramas with a height of up to 32 meters and a circumference of up to 110 meters! Asisi uses the latest digital technologies at work, which allow him to combine drawings with pictures and photos. The name of this museum is derived from the combination of the German words “PANOrama” and “gasoMETER”. The author presents an ordinary garden in his photographs. But has anyone seen a huge human-sized bee or a giant cat hunting in the grass? Looking around this room, you can feel like Hop-o’-My-Thumb or Thumbelina! The artist also took care of the sounds characteristic of nature and special lighting that refers to the natural cycle of day and night.

3. Tropical Island
If your stay on a tropical island has so far been a dream, then with your visit this is where things will change. The warm countries for some may still be too far away, but this “tropical island” is about 60 km south of the center of Berlin. From the Polish border to cross is about 90 km. Why is this place so special? The former production hall houses the world’s largest tropical forest covered by a roof and a sandy beach. The complex also includes saunas, bars, restaurants, jacuzzi and the highest water slide in Germany (up to 27 meters high!). In the middle is maintained a constant temperature of 26°C and high air humidity. These conditions have contributed to a similar climate as in the tropics!
